During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. Jillix reserves the right to verify this information at any time and to request supporting documentation, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
Each individual may register only one account on the Jillix platform. If we detect that you hold more than one account, all duplicate accounts will be suspended, any pending withdrawals may be cancelled, and bonus funds associated with duplicate accounts will be forfeited. Jillix may, at its sole discretion, also forfeit real money balances held in duplicate accounts where evidence of abuse is found.
Age Verification: Jillix takes its obligation to prevent underage gambling seriously. We will suspend any account where age verification has not been completed and will not process withdrawals until identity verification is satisfactorily concluded. Players found to be under 21 years of age will have their accounts permanently closed and any deposits returned, less any amounts already wagered.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Jillix account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person or allow any third party to access your account.
You agree to notify Jillix immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized access to your account. Jillix will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
Jillix reserves the right to suspend or lock an account if we detect unusual activity, multiple failed login attempts, or any other indicators of potential unauthorized access, pending verification by the account holder.
Jillix supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the platform from time to time. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed within your account dashboard.
All payment methods used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in your own name. Jillix does not accept third-party payments. If a deposit is received from a payment method not registered to the account holder, Jillix reserves the right to reverse the transaction and suspend the account pending investigation.
Jillix is required by applicable regulations to conduct anti-money laundering checks on player accounts. We may request source-of-funds documentation before processing large withdrawals. This is a legal obligation and not a reflection of any suspicion directed at the player.
All bets and wagers placed on the Jillix platform are subject to the specific game rules applicable to each product, which are displayed within the relevant game or betting market. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail in respect of that game or market.
Jillix offers sports betting markets on events including PBA, NBA, UFC, boxing, and other sports popular among Filipino players. Odds are subject to change up until the commencement of an event. In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time at Jillix's discretion.
Jillix offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game contribution rates, and expiry dates.
Players who have opted into self-exclusion or cooling-off periods are not eligible to receive or use bonus offers during the period of their restriction.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Jillix platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

Upon termination of your account for breach of these Terms, Jillix reserves the right to forfeit any bonus funds and, where evidence of fraud or abuse is established, any real money balance held in the account. Where an account is closed for reasons other than breach — such as player-initiated closure or inactivity — any remaining real money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of verification requirements.
You may close your Jillix account at any time by contacting our support team. Requests for account closure will be processed within five (5) business days.
All content on the Jillix platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the platform — is the property of Jillix or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Jillix platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, Jillix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
Jillix does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
In no event shall Jillix's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Jillix account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Gambling Risk: Gambling involves financial risk. Jillix accepts no responsibility for any financial losses incurred through the use of the platform. Never gamble more than you can afford to lose.
Jillix collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Jillix will not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share data with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law or as necessary to operate the platform. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact Jillix in good faith to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Jillix will make reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint or dispute within thirty (30) days of receiving written notice of the issue.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or to a court of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
